Free Fitness Classes at Black Rock Library

beachbodyJoin Independent Beachbody Coaches Mel Rolleri and Anne Fers on Thursday, October 14th at 6 PM for a fun and FREE workout featuring some of their favorite Beachbody workouts guided from a big screen.  From P90X, to Insanity, to Turbo Fire and more. Space is limited to 20 people per session….1st come 1st served, so reserve your space now!

We will be mixing it up on a weekly basis, every week! The workouts will be from 45-60 minutes. We will supply the recovery drink, but bring your own water, a towel (yes, you’ll be sweating), a yoga mat (depending on the workout), and a heart rate monitor if you have one.

WEEK ONE: P90X Cardio X

This low-impact cardio routine can be used in a variety of ways to meet your P90X goals. Use it in addition to your standard P90X workload when you want
to burn some extra calories, or as a substitute if your body needs a break from the program’s high-impact workouts. Whatever your reason for using
Cardio X, you’ll find it to be a fun, full-throttle, fat burning workout that will leave you feeling lean and mean.
