QIGONG is a NON-COMPETITIVE, SELF-PACED, MIND-BODY PRACTICE that promotes wellness and relaxation. The gentle movements can be easily adapted, even for the physically challenged, and can be practiced by all age groups. It can be done sitting, standing or lying down. No experience, special equipment or clothing is required--just an open mind.
