2nd Annual Black Rock Halloween Parade

 Happy HalloweenPut on your costume and join us at Ellsworth Park (corner of Ellsworth & Brewster) at 1:00 PM for the Halloween Parade to the Black Rock Branch Library (with a Mounted Police escort.) Once at the library, there will be a block party featuring: Bewitching Food, Spooky Stories, Pirate Papillion, music and much, much more. Don’t miss this fun family event.
